Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Depending on when you cancel, a portion of your advance payment may be non-refundable.

  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • 21-29 days before departure: 50% refund of advance amount
  • 14-20 days before departure: 25% refund of advance amount
  • Less than 14 days: No refund
  • In case of flight cancellations or natural disasters, the amount will be adjusted for future travel

Payment Terms

We offer a flexible and transparent payment schedule to make booking easy for you.

  • At Booking: 50% advance payment to confirm your seat
  • 21 days before departure: 25% of the total amount
  • 14 days before departure: Remaining 25% balance payment
  • Payments accepted via: UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Bank Transfer, Cash
  • GST invoice provided for all corporate bookings
  • Prices are per person on twin/triple sharing basis
