  • 30+ days: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • 21-29 days: 50% refund of advance amount
  • 14-20 days: 25% refund of advance amount
  • Less than 14 days: No refund
  • Flight cancellations or natural disasters โ€” amount adjusted for future travel

  • 21 days before: 25% of total amount
  • 14 days before: Remaining 25% balance
